🚚 Shipping Coverage

We offer nationwide shipping within the United Arab Emirates. Currently, we do not support international shipping.

Flat-rate shipping per order, regardless of weight or item count.

⏱ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 0 to 1 business days.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order and another once it's shipped.

🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered Gmail account. You can use it to track your delivery status through the courier service.

Make sure to enter the correct email during checkout for accurate tracking updates.

🔄 Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at luckyskyofficial@gmail.com

  • Changes or cancellations after the 1-hour window or once the order is processed may not be accommodated.

  • Please contact us immediately if you made a mistake or need help.

📦 Undeliverable Packages

In cases of delivery failure due to an incorrect address or refusal:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

🛑 Delayed or Lost Shipments

We aim for 0–1 day delivery, but delays may occasionally occur due to courier or weather issues. If your order is delayed or lost, please reach out to us, and we will assist you immediately.
